Stress leads to anxiety, depression and other types of mental trauma which makes one mentally sick. To avoid such mental breakdown, avoid smoking cigarettes, limit the consumption of carbonated drinks and maintain a healthy diet.
- The sedentary lifestyle that one is accustomed with today has lead to highest number of traumas in life. Poor mental health is also an outcome of this changing living pattern.
